Terms and Conditions for Purchases

Studio Second Street uses a print-on-demand company to produce merchandise, which means that all products are unique and made only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if the customer ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind. Please ensure that the merchandise is EXACTLY what you intend to purchase before completing the checkout process.

In the case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, there is a free replacement or a refund if you contact me within 15 days of product delivery.

If you receive a damaged product or there was an obvious error (such as receiving a completely different item that what was ordered), and you have received the item within the last 15 days, please fill out the form on the resolution request form page to begin the resolution process. I will respond with a request for photos and additional information before contacting the manufacturer to resolve the issue.

I have high expectations for the quality of the product you receive and want it to be representational of my original artwork. Rest assured that I will do whatever is in my power to ensure your satisfaction.
