General Use of the Site

  • You may not attempt to disrupt or misuse the site, or use our content without permission.

Products and Orders

  • Studio Second Street sells handmade goods (zines, stickers, journals, and other creative items) as well as occasional print-on-demand products.

  • All product descriptions and images are provided to help you make informed choices, but slight variations may occur due to printing or screen differences.

  • By placing an order, you agree that the information you provide (shipping address, payment details, etc.) is accurate.

Payment & Shipping

  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe or PayPal. We do not store credit card details.
  • Orders ship within the United States only. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the products in your cart and your delivery address.
  • Delivery times vary depending on location and carrier.

Refunds & Returns

  • Handmade Products (zines, stickers, journals): Returns are not accepted if you simply change your mind. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 15 days of delivery using the Resolution Request Form.

  • Print-on-Demand Products: Because these items are made to order, returns and exchanges are not supported unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

  • Digital Products (downloads): All sales are final. Once a file has been delivered, it cannot be returned or refunded.

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, we will work with you to replace it or provide a refund. We may request photos of the issue to process the claim.

Intellectual Property

  • All artwork, designs, zines, and creative content on this site are the property of Studio Second Street.

  • You may not reproduce, resell, or distribute our content without permission.

Limitation of Liability

  • Studio Second Street is not responsible for any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our site or products.

  • Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
